Vice president of marketing for Sony PlayStation Asad Qizilbash noted “we want to do things that go into cultural conversations.” Which is essentially creating a water cooler moment for the masses. To take the live experience and have those 19,000 people share and promote via word of mouth and social media.
….and it sure looks like it worked.
