The local Canadian government has reduced the number of fans allowed to watch the Raptors to roughly One in the face of the continuing global pandemic.
But when that one is legendary mascot The Raptor he can still overpower the opponent with his dazzling array of annoyances and distractions. It was too much for seasoned NBA All-Star Devin Booker, who was too distracted to make his free throws at the end of the Raptors loss the Suns.
Of course this is just likely to embolden mascots across the country to ramp up their arm-flapping, twerking antics behind the basket.
