Vladimir Guerrero Ramos Jr. (born March 16, 1999) is a Canadian-born Dominican professional baseball third baseman in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. He is considered the top prospect in the Blue Jays organization by both Major League Baseball (MLB) and Baseball America. Both MLB and Baseball America rank Guerrero as the 3rd best prospect in professional baseball.
Guerrero is the son of Vladimir Guerrero, who was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in January 2018, and the nephew of Wilton Guerrero.
Vlad (Senior) is a nine-time All-Star, Guerrero was widely recognized for his impressive offensive production—regularly hitting for power and average—as well as his defensive range and strong throwing arm. In 2004, Guerrero was voted the American League (AL) Most Valuable Player (MVP). He helped lead the Angels to five AL West championships between 2004 and 2009 and was voted one of the most feared hitters in baseball in a 2008 poll of all 30 major league managers. from Wikipedia
