I love watching great ideas spread. The idea of the post-game celebration and send-off isn’t new, but there has been a renewed interest in it lately. We have talked about teams like the Milwaukee Bucks (see the January Podcast and the High 5- Milwaukee Bucks) who now hold a WE WON party at center court after each win or the Carolina Hurricanes who are blowing over the NHL with their post-game surge. Now the NBA team in Charlotte is pushing their own party after home wins.
