On September 29th, lifelong New York Met captain, David Wright, played his final game of his MLB career. The New York Mets turned their second to last game of the regular season into a celebration for Wright. The moment they were able to create during the ceremonial first pitch was one that Wright and his family will never forget.

A very classy move by the Mets, honoring one of the franchise’s most beloved players….and a memorable moment for Met fans.
