Calendar Has Been Marked

Minor League Hockey Teams are filling in the calendar for a return of the TEDDY BEAR TOSS!

Mark your calendars indeed. One of the pleasures of having fans back will be the resumption of the TEDDY BEAR TOSS! A few teams to keep your eyes on, including the Calgary Hitmen, Hershey Bears and Kamloops Blazers.

The Hitman are scheduled for December 4th and have set their sights on 25,000 bears.

Hershey has January 22, 2022 marked for their toss against the Hartford Wolf Pack.  Last year under the pandemic the Bears held a drive-thru that still netted an astounding 31,281 stuffed animals.

Kamloops started the Bear Tossing phenomenon in 1993 and took their efforts on line last year.  Their promo schedule is not posted as of yet, so no word on whether or not Blazer fans will be tossing bears.
