This game review is different from the previous two Six From Six game reviews (Portland and Columbus). It is unique in the fact that we did not connect with the Detroit staff prior to the game, nor were they aware that they were being reviewed by Gameops.com Editor, Jon Cudo, on Sunday August 31st, 2005. Despite this difference, the same goal was in mind, and that is discovering six things that the Detroit Shock did well in their game presentation so that other teams can utilize these practices in their own game presentation.

The New York Rangers may appear to be an odd choice as a game review since they are not a team that presents game entertainment as a priority, but it was easy to find six things to like about the game night experience. The long Rangers history of a more purist game experience made some of the smaller things stand out.
