Money Balls

In his July 2000 Interview, Peter Sorckoff of the Atlanta Thrashers proclaimed, "Promotions are like fishing....it's all about the presentation." Meaning that you can make any promotion better by paying attention to the small details.

This month's spotlight follows that wisdom.

We have two suggested uses for this month's featured item, a basketball printed with cash...the "Money Ball."

First, in the common 3 point shoot-out format, the last ball on the rack is called the "Money Ball" and often counts double. You can add this money ball as a visual sign to the fans and the shooter that it's the money ball.

A second idea is the use of these balls for any bank sponsor or cash/cash value prizes in any shootout.
