Dry Erase Boards
This month we step back from an actual promotion for a product that can help you with any promotion.
Clarity in each promotion is critical for success, which means that everyone involved is on the same page; from the director, on-field staff, mascots, interactive performers, and contestants.
Using pre-event run-thru's can help connect everyone, but often someone will be involved who has not been a part of the run through...most often contestants.
While there is no replacement for having a live run through, being able to accurately show new faces the layout of the on-court promotion or contest is very important and equally effective. One tool that can help you show the layout of any promotion is a reusable dry erase board.
Now many of these boards can be purchased with a pre-printed field of play for your sport. Your promotions manager can quickly draw up the layout on the dry erase board to show the relative positions of props or contestants to help clarify exactly how your promotion will happen.
Mascots will also love having a dry erase board to show game night staff, plants, or security the requested layout for a skit.
