Stock characters are available, which are less expensive and can be produced faster. Custom imprinting on the jersey is available, but the stock characters can not be altered. Stock designs include: Moose, frog, panda, mouse, polar bear, dog, monkey, lion, pig, bulldog, cat, tiger, koala, bear.
Custom Characters are also available, and the process includes submitting a sketch, sample, or photograph and we will create a prototype to your specifications. Please request access to our special e-mail for artwork transfer. The design and development fee is $170. Most prototypes are received within 21 days.
Minimum custom order: 1,200
A prototype will be sent to you for approval. If you are not satisfied with your prototype, we will revise it at no additional cost. Revisions usually take at least 2-3 weeks. Once the prototype is approved, a firm price is established on the item. This will be your net price, F.O.B. our warehouse in Simi Valley, California.
Production will begin upon receipt of your non-cancellation purchase order and a 50% deposit. Terms are Net 30 days, subject to Credit Review. Production time fluctuates seasonally with certain factors that may vary, including sourcing of materials, special tooling, etc. Most commonly, production will take 75-100 days from approval of the prototype. Minimum order quantity is 1,200 pieces for plush items. Minimum order quantities for other custom designed products are slightly higher; Please inquire for specifics.
Pricing:
Prices are determined primarily with regards to the detail of the item and size will have some effect as well. In order to receive a quote, detailed pictures are needed. Price ranges are estimates based on 5,000 pieces.
