Lessons from a Multi-tasking Mascot

THUNDERBUGThe past two months have been a whirlwind of 18 NHL home games 1 NHL road game (Happy birthday Stanley!), 12 MLB spring training games, and 3 arena football games. That's 33 games in 2 months, not counting appearances.

I've been a Canadian bird working an American sport, an American insect working a Canadian sport, and a dog/bear/lion thing working a sport where almost anything goes. It's been hard remembering the day of the week, what creature I was supposed to be, when I was supposed to be there, and what I was supposed to be doing, but I made it.

Through it all I remembered and learned many lessons about mascot performance. Here are some I hope will assist you:
